INFORMATION ON MUSICRAISER’S COOKIES POLICY
Musicraiser S.r.l. (the “Company”) hereby provides detail on the cookies policy adopted with respect to the cookies present in its website www.musicraiser.it (the “Website”).
1. Type of cookies

They are not used for further purposes and are usually installed directly by the website manager or owner.

They can be grouped into (i) browsing or session cookies, that allow users to navigate and use a website; and (ii) analytics cookies, to be considered similar to technical cookies in case they are used directly by the website manager to collect aggregate information on the number of visitors and the pattern of visits to the website; and (iii) functional cookies, allowing user’s navigation based on certain pre-determined criteria so as to improve the quality of service and navigation.
B. Profiling cookies
Profiling cookies are aimed at creating profiles relating to the users. They are used to send advertising in line with the preferences shown by the user during his navigation.
2. Cookies in the Website
A. Technical Cookies
The Website contains technical session cookies, whose use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifications necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the Website and to allow its normal operations.
The Company may also use analytics cookies that, through collection of relevant information on users’ needs and access to the Website, are aimed at optimizing the Company’s online services.
Such data are collected on a statistic basis for the following purposes:
- analysis visitors origin;
- counting visitors numbers;
- identification of the website areas particularly attractive to the visitors.
In order to reach the above purposes, persistent cookies may be used, that will be kept on the users computers until they elapse or when cancelled.
Pursuant to the Decision issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority n. 229 dated 8 May, 2014 (the “Decision”) Users’ prior consent is not necessary to install these cookies.
B. Third Parties’ Cookies
Third parties’ cookies are installed on the Website. Such cookies are used (i) to send advertising (so called retargeting cookies); (ii) to share contents on social networks (so called social networs cookies); (iii) to collect statistics, also in a disaggregated form (statistic cookies).
In accordance with the Decision, profiling cookies requires the users’ prior written consent to his personal data treatment.

3. How to disable cookies
Cookies may be limited, disabled or modified by changing each user’s brower preferences. In order for the Website user to disable, block or change the cookies, he shall verify his browser functioning.
